Description
Alandale is an architect designed traditional style weatherboard and iron family home, set on a garden block. Comprising 5 bedrooms with built-in robes, 3 bathrooms complete with stone bath, Italian designed tiles and rain showers. Alandale is flooded with northern light and offers open family spaces with New England Oak floors and quality carpets in the formal lounge and bedroom areas. The kitchen includes an Ilve oven, large bi-fold doors, which extend out to the garden.
Far from the 'madding crowd', but only a five minute stroll to the village centre. Close to some of the best bush walks in the Blue Mountains which include waterfalls and spectacular views. Handy to all the major tourist attractions. The Scenic Railway and Cable Car, ride the steepest railway in the Southern Hemisphere, enjoy a drink at the famous Carrington Hotel, boutique shopping in Leura, the Zig Zag Railway, Jenolan Caves, the Three Sisters and peruse many art galleries and souvenir shops.
